How to compare any two couriers fairly
- Same chargeable weight. Couriers charge on the higher of the actual and the volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm ÷ 5000), so quote both providers for the same box.
- Same service level. Express and economy prices are not comparable; check the transit time each quote is for.
- Who pays the duty. A duty-paid (DDP) price includes the import charges; a duties-unpaid price leaves them to the recipient. See DDP vs DDU shipping.
- Pickup and drop-off. A cheaper rate with a long trip to a counter may cost you more in time.
- Tracking and support. Ask how you will know where the parcel is, and who to call if it is held at customs.

Share the AWB number from your confirmation email; anyone can enter it on our tracking page to see every update.
Can you collect parcels from my home or workshop?
Yes. Door pickup is priced by your PIN code, or you can drop parcels at our office in Mahipalpur, New Delhi, for free.
